Payment: At the time of reservation,
a credit card, money order or check will be required as deposit/guarantee. Deposits
vary according to length of stay.
Cancellation: The full balance
will be charged if canceling less than 72 hours prior to arrival. For stays of
one week or longer, a 14 day cancellation notice is required. Special Seasonal
and Holiday dates require cancellation notification varying from 14 to 120 days.
Regrettably, we do not offer refunds on early departures.
Minimum number of nights sometimes apply.
