| Fishing |
 |
Bring your own shallow draft Fishing Boat, and
keep it on the grounds or in the water. Also,
you can wade fish in the Lagoon for trout or
redfish, right off the beach.
Snook, Tarpon,
Trout, and Redfish Fishing Guides can pick you
up on our property, or at the dock. We can make
the fishing reservations for you, or offer you a
list of flats guides and their phone numbers.
Our own in-house fishing guide, Shane Miller,
offers inshore or offshore charters right off
the doors of Caribbean Shores.
Offshore Charters are also available throughout
the area. We are a popular destination for reef
fishermen. Common catches on nearby reefs
include grouper, and mutton snapper. Offshore
fishing opportunities also abound with daily
catches of dolphin, kingfish, wahoo, and
Sailfish.

Boating |
Bring your Flats Boat, Canoe, or Kayak and enjoy
the serenity of the calm waters of the Lagoon.
Sculling is also a popular activity in the
river, as many of our guests bring their
shells... there is plenty of room on our acreage
to store your trailers and boats when not in
use.
Because of our
shallow water (approximately 3’ at low tide),
you can moor your flats boat, canoe or other
shallow draft boat, such as a pontoon boat, at
the dock.
There are
kayak, power boat and personal watercraft
Rentals, as well as sailboat charters nearby. A
Tri-Balance Kayak for the qualified fisherman
and canoe are on the premises for your use on
the Lagoon. Or, spend the day under the sea with
one of several local Dive Boat Operators. We can
arrange any of these rentals/charters for you. |

 |
| What better way to relax under Florida sunshine
than in the water. Take advantage of the
tranquil waters of Florida’s Indian River, or
relax in our well maintained Pool facilities.
The pool is heated for your pleasure during our
mild winter months. |
| Beaches |
| The Beautiful White Sand Beaches of South
Hutchinson Island are only 5-10 minutes away
(across the Lagoon), and offer secluded miles of
walking, sun-bathing or surfing pleasure… unlike
the busy beaches South of Martin County, Jensen
Beach and surrounding area still offer unspoiled
beaches where the only inhabitants may be the
turtles during egg-laying season. Famous Bathtub
Reef is a must for snorkelers and divers.. just
minutes away from Caribbean Shores. |

Dining |
| You can use the grills outside your suite, or
cook something up in your own kitchen. But if
this doesn't appeal to you, then sample some of
the delights in the Jensen Beach/Stuart area...
from waterfront restaurants, such as Dolphin Bar
or Rottie's, to small cafes in the village of
Jensen Beach.....we defy you to finish all of
your special omelette at Jan's Cafe for
breakfast, lunch or dinner, and you really
should sample the "Cajun" flair and Blues at
Crawdaddy's... something for every gourmet in
the group! We are truly within walking distance
of some great restaurants! |
| Other Local

the wonders of the Indian River Lagoon for the
whole family, several Museums provide
educational insight into the Treasure Coast
mystique, and if Shopping is your pleasure, we
